Covid news - German scientists may have solved clotting problem with vaccines 08:45 - May 27 with 688 viewsSteve_M

Paywalled I'm afraid but, in short, the adenovirus vectors seem to be sending the spike protein to the cell nucleus rather than the cytosol fluid within the cell. Instead of binding to the cell membrane to produce an immune response this can then be secreted into the body triggering blood clots in rare cases.

I think it also highlights how the mRNA are potentially game changing when it comes to creating vaccines. Excellent efficacy, fewer reactions and much easier to recode.

I always thought it was something to do with the cytosol fluid within the cell. Def info.
