Only a couple of years ago or so Spurs and Arsenal were linked with Dozzell. It doesn't mean a lot at that age as they can develop or go off the boil fairly quickly. I'm not writing Harper off, but just trying to manage expectations. 2 years ago he was linked to Liverpool/Juve, now he's linked to a League 1 club. There may well be a reason for that (or he may well be awesome and needs to drop down to step up again as that certainly happens too). |  |

They were, he played in a reserve game against Spurs and had a stormer while on trial. Spurs started asking about him so we quickly moved in and signed the man.
