I’m looking for recommendations for Sunday Lunch please. Preferably not somewhere in the @rse end of nowhere (I’m coming from Cambridge) and ideally at the tail end of a nice walk.

Quick update.

After news that a couple of friends are tagging along I had to get somewhere more central and plumped for the Crown at Hartest. - Anyone know if that was a wise move?

It's fine. No more or less. Probably the best in that generally sparse area. The queens head at Hawkedon is usually rammed with drinkers if you fancy a decent walk before or after.

	I know that was then, but it could be again..

Ufford Crown roast is something to behold.

Oh yes, it's my local.

Did have a really good roast at The Fludyers in the Stowe as well.
