Isn't as random as it might look. He played a fair bit in the 3 in a 4-2-3-1 for Boro last season. Cook clearly wanted some protection for Woolfy down that side against Conor Grant who has been an outlet for them from LB all season. Celina is great but not defensively disciplined enough. That decision wasn't what lost us the game.

Love Celina but other than his goal, his performance last week was risable.

Thought he was excellent today when he came on so maybe it would have worked out but I can totally understand the decision.
