Congratulations! 20:17 - Nov 10 with 1309 views78convert

I would like to congratulate the 'Gentlemen' in section 6 of the SAR lower at last nights gamewho were successful in making me leave a game early for the first time in nearly 50 years of supporting the town.
Being subjected to a constant barrage of foul language including the phrase 'you f*****g c**t in virtually every other sentence finally got too much to bear.
And before I get accused of being a snowflake I would like to point out I was at the game with my daughter and a 13 year old girl.
I have worked in the building trade for 45 years and have rarely encountered language as foul as this on site.
I realise that banter and chanting is part and parcel of the football experience and have no problem with this at all however this particular group of 'gentlemen' and I use the term gentlemen very loosely were in their fifties and seemed to think it was acceptable to continue in this manner with women and children all around, even after being called out on the matter both by myself and my daughter.
This matter was brought to the attention of the stewards but they seemed more interested in ejecting people who maybe got a bit carried away in the banter battle with the opposing supporters.
I trust the 'gentlemen' in question enjoyed their evening and I trust I never have to encounter them or their like ever again.
Rant over.

Said it before and I will say it again.

The SAR lower (and upper) towards the away fans are fully of hairy arsed, foul mouthed knuckle draggers. And that’s just the women.

I know you shouldn't have to but I'm sure there was plenty of space to move elsewhere. Surely that would be better than leaving early?

It's the agricultural connection. That's why they kept talking about a farming cart, obviously.

It's pretty common wherever you go these days. Class is in rare supply.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

I wonder what their views on Norwich are?

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
