One of the players house mate has it, so obviously coming into close contact its best he stays away. Nothing to do with vaccination status!
Unvaccinated players on 15:04 - Dec 17 with 1001 views | berkstractorboy | regardless of vaccination status I understood if you have been in close contact with anyone who has the omicron variant you have to self-isolate. So could be triple jabbed, but you should still isolate. So we can't presume the players are not fully vaccinated.
Unvaccinated players on 15:09 - Dec 17 with 964 views | Dowson | It's been widely reported that you can still carry the virus (to various degrees) to others even once you've been vaccinated. Especially if you're only double jabbed which judging by the average age of the squad is probably the majority. So people self-isolating once they have come in contact is rather sensible and has nothing to do with them having the jab or not.

To be fair to the OP I think his main point was there have been no [announced?] positive test results. Which you would think would be a deciding factor. However, not being privy to whatever's going on it's pointless to be speculating too much.

Unvaccinated players on 15:29 - Dec 17 with 870 views | Steve_M | Given Omicron's ability to spread and infect people with only two does of the vaccine then not necessarily, a booster jab has only been available to most of those under 40 since last week. There are also a very high number of professional footballers nationally who have refused to get vaccinated.
