I've only ever driven to MK, is the train a viable option? Central Mk station looks a very long walk

I went by train and think I got off a stop early, bit of a trek. Maybe not so bad from the right stop.
I can’t remember the way back!?

Bletchley station (if your train stops there) is about a mile and a half from the stadium.
CMK station is about 2 miles from the stadium.

Edit - beg pardon. CMK to the stadium is more like 3 miles.

My own view of walking in MK? I wouldn't do it. There are many footpaths but I think they tend to take the scenic route. Then again my own view of visiting MK? I wouldn't do that either.

Bletchley station and an Uber when I’ve done it.

The stadium is a long way from Central MK station, although Bletchley station is closer. Still a good half hour walk from there though.

If travelling from Ipswich, there’s rail replacement for the bulk of the journey to and from London on that day. Meh.

We're going via Cambridge and King's Cross. Can't face sitting on a bus replacement coach for an hour and a half each way.

Agree about getting off at Bletchley.

I always prefer driving. The trains up to MK always frustrate me. I do the MK drive quite a bit for college

We always drive (living less than 20 miles away) and parking is no problem. Plenty of parking all round the stadium.

Not really a shopping centre but there are lots of food outlets round it. I’d suggest booking though if wanting to eat as they get quite crowded on match days.
