Man in Azerbaijan, surrounded by beautiful countryside, says very little, cooks good food, feeds children. May not be quite so good if you're veggie/vegan (lots of meat). But the ever-hungry goat is fun.

.........my only comment though is why he insisted on dipping each lamb steak into the marinade individually when it would have made a lot more sense to have just placed all the steaks into the tin en masse and poured the marinade over the whole lot.

Presumably to make sure each piece is thoroughly coated on both sides? Or possibly just to continue the slightly hypnotic effect.
My kids consume YouTube like their lives depended on it. They used to watch videos of people building structures out of natural forest materials. Some were simple, but they can get ridiculously complicated using nothing but a machete and some bamboo.

It was surprisingly relaxing viewing.
My son is obsessed with the oversimplified series; history explained in easy to consume chunks. And done really well
After watching some of them, I do feel a curious urge to go and buy an entire sheep, then have a go at building my own oven ...
That made me want to eat all of that - at 8.30am. Really enjoyable. It seems a heck of a long way from my experiences of opening tins of goodness knows what and throwing them all in the same pot with an oatmeal block or two.
