Edmundson on 23:24 - Mar 27 by BlueBadger | I'm saying that, like your stance on infection control measures and vaccines, you're confused, and lacking in evidence in your original point. But hey, you do you, Trumpo. |
Why do you respond to me at all? Why do you keep bringing up Trump? I’ve been talking about football all weekend but get prats like you put me off trying to bother.

I was talking football, just merely employing the use of a simile so' you'd maybe get the point...

No you were making a point because you don’t agree with me about covid, don’t like me on here, or probably both. Funnily enough a lot of people don’t see eye on eye on covid in the scientific community and elsewhere. You said I had a stance on vaccines (whatever that means - I’m vaccinated) and started calling me a Trumper. Which you also done on another thread when I brought up a Biden’s current approval ratings. Maybe in another world two fans of the same football club that don’t see the world exactly the same way could engage on a Sunday night but hey ho. You could always use the ignore function, if it’s still a thing! [Post edited 28 Mar 2022 0:39]

Edmundson on 09:31 - Mar 28 with 364 views | DinDjarin | People have short memories. Fridge is a great defender but was criticised on here for making quite a few mistakes in a short space of games not that long ago. Burgess has come in and all bar switching off for 1 second has been pretty much faultless and is also more comfortable on the ball and also left footed. Not saying Burgess is the better player / defender but is better suited to the left of a three than Fridge. If Thompson could actually deliver a decent delivery we could have scored a few from that side as some of the link play has been decent since Burgess dropped in there. I rate both of them and not a lot between them to TBH. [Post edited 28 Mar 2022 9:33]

I disagree. You don't just need to be comfortable on your left side playing that role, you need to go both ways and come inside. GE does that with relative ease and pushes us forward more than Burgess, simply because he's better with the ball at his feet.

I dont see anything in Burgess to suggest he is worse on the ball than GE.
