Last time I had heat stroke was about 4 years ago.
As you describe and throwing up all night. Shaking, freezing cold one moment then too hot the next. Over the worst in a day and much better within two to three days.
If only someone had suggested it was a bad idea and that you'd have been better off going through the night!

Haha...yes you did suggest that . Unfortunately I had to deliver to a person's house and three other companies so could only do day deliveries. Was just my luck it was the hottest two days ever!!! | | | |

Uncanny this post as exactly my symptoms which started mid day yesterday over in the Tampa area. Headache, sore throat and upper body aches. Two hour drive back to Orlando area and I had to pull over to be sick. Longest nights sleep in decades and now starting to feel better and a touch of heat stroke has been my thoughts. First time I've felt like this since moving across the pond in 03, although my female friend thinks it's a touch of flu... but I don't! | | | |
