That would probably be the sensible approach, but maybe he'll want to leave a lasting legacy?

As long as he is aware of the limitations, keeps it simple and doesn't set his culinary sights to high then it could be possible. Perhaps a line of Branston in a sausage roll and you call um Charlie rolls? I think Charlie's Coronation pie as a nice ring to it but no idea about the perfect filling?
