This is what we want as Town fans! 22:32 - Oct 4 with 3111 viewsunstableblue

Simple as that

Passing, movement, energy, quality, whipping the crowd into a frenzy

That is the Ipswich model, that is what we demand

We went 1 up and then we went for more, put the pedal to the floor

Yes it’s League 3, yes it’s Cambridge… but I think they are a pretty decent side and well coached, it’s just that we blew them

None of the McCarthy anti football who weirdos try and still justify - tonight is Town, tonight is why we are getting 26.5k

And we are loving it

McKenna at the wheel! I simply cannot wait to return to PR these days

Strange when it was 0-0 I heard lots of fans in the ground moaning and groaning rather than saying 'this is fantastic this is what we want'.

Fans are excited because we won 2 games

Don’t know what part of the ground you were in, but as per McKennad comments on the crowd people round me got what the game was going to be like, and were purring at some of the interplay and chances, and really backing

Lads behind kept saying we’re knackering this lot out and the subs will do them.

Plus we’d had the saved Ladapo shot, the brilliant move ahead of the well saved Davis header, and a number of other brilliant plays prior to the goal.

And for me the PR crowd was really consistently making noise throughout the 90mins, no lulls, no general grumbles at all

You probably heard a few frustrated panicked huffs and puffs, but anyone with half a brain could see we were at them all game looking for a breakthrough

We’ll be good again... one day

This absolutely wasn't the case with anyone around me. It seemed everyone was on board with being patient. We put so many crosses and passes into the box, eventually one was going to drop kindly.

Exactly

I really don’t know where Bloomblue was sitting

And also it wasn’t a stalemate… we were playing lovely stuff to open them up, and brilliant approaches and pressing to give Cambridge no out ball

It was great… no moaning
