He excites me in terms of academy product more than pretty much anyone in years.
He looks a much better prospect than Dozzell already as an example.
His composure is so far ahead of his years.
Potential star in the making.

Agreed, should be starting more often than not!!

Great eye for a pass, and can execute it.

I like the fact he’s got a pair of balls. Too often academy players are technically gifted but seem to take a while to adapt to adult football. Humphreys has got all the ability but he’s not afraid to get stuck in either, it’s great to see.

I’ve been impressed with

His engine
His passing range
His eye for a shot at goal
His interest in winning the ball

Not bad for a handful of senior games. Like with all the leading young players at the club, where better to be brought up in your breakthrough seasons than under KMcK. Expect he will need rotation soon, consistently is often the challenge for these talented kids, 4-10 games good then there can be drop off. KMcK knows what to do.

Yeah he’s clearly been targeted by Port Vale and Bracknell and didn’t shirk those challenges literally or mentally. Promising signs.

Agree with all of that. Plus KM obviously has a lot of trust in him, a lot of today's game KM had him in the deep midfield role and Morsey in the forward role. Most managers would reverse that, leave the youngster in the forward role and have the experience player deeper to cover for any mistakes by the youngster. Also demonstrates the trust Morsey has in Humphreys. Another thing I like about him is he's not afraid to shout at the other players.

For me it's not just his eye for a pass and ability to execute it but the weight he delivers each one with....almost every pass is perfectly timed and weighted in a modern game where so many waste good positions with the modern trend to ping every pass at pace which often results in the ball going out of play...
