You used to be able to do it over the phone with the ticket office. Don't know if that still holds true.

Yep speak to ticket office or email them. They can also take the upgrade cost off your teamcard points if you have any.
Email address is mainticketoffice@itfc.co.uk. I have used this numerous times for St upgrades - they normally resolve it in 24 hours.

As mentioned, speak to office and they will upgrade there and then and email you an eticket which can be downloaded and shown on turnstile
