Assuming a lot of players are loaned out to put them in the shop window, as it were .Then Ashton / KM etc have done their window shopping, and would like to purchase.. Quite honestly, I think it's a buyers market, if they've got the cash.. Especially the level of player we are looking at. Most Championship and League 1 clubs are doing well to stay afloat.
