Apart from things already mentioned one thing I recall is an away game at the old Leicester ground. One of our fans yelled out "Don't panic, Frank." I immediately shouted "You panic if you think you need to, Frank."

He laughed and gave a thumbs up.

He gave me a scowling look when I gave him a wayward throw of the ball back at a reserve game when he wanted to take a throw in.

We don't know how much he had a say in the American Owners choosing Ipswich but Frank Walter Yallop could well have started the best ride this club will have ever seen (eclipsing Ramsey & Robson years).
