Clacton/Harwich and Braintree/Witham always had a stronghold of Town support. I suspect it dwindled from the middle of the last decade and from when West Ham moved to Stratford.

I've noticed a bit more Town gear in and around Braintree this season. Mostly on the more mature lady or gentleman. There's been a couple of new faces recently at my local parkrun who turn up in Town shirts though. |  | | |

I lived in Sudbury in the 70's it was mostly London clubs then as there was a big overspill population. Probably more Town these days. |  | | |

Loads of Ipswich in Cornard. Im going with some Saturday. You would be surprised how many corners of Sudbury and surrounding villages ITFC fans come from. Not many from Glemsford though it seems. Too far to travel maybe. |
