I was more defending the OP who seemed to be getting disproportionate pelters for a fairly innocuous comment (I thought).

I messaged thus to a mate: "That's gutting to lose Morsy, although probably the best game to lose him from!"

Probably get told I'm wetting my knickers and throwing my toys out now I've posted it on here!

Poll: As we are indulging in pointless quesions. If my aunt had balls would she be ...

Seems like you're as overeactionary as the OP. "Gutting"? The job is done, just enjoy it!

I think it maybe speaks to that feeling of the unknown. I can't recall being impressed by Ball's few starts in a town shirt but I remember there being plenty of mitigation. Since then he's impressed me in his cameo roles and I'm possibly happier he is starting, as it will help inform us all better in the summer transfer chat.

It's just a descriptive word, not sure it warranted all the grief it got!

You could say that about any adjective, ya massive fanny x

Luongo is a like for like Morsy, imo. And has been playing very well. And Dom Ball has looked sharp in recent sub appearances. Good to see him get a start after overcoming that awful injury..

If we win the title will Morsy collect the trophy even though he isn't playing? I presume so?

Again, I think you've taken that word a little too literally. What on earth makes you think I'm not going to enjoy it?!

Some right fecking weirdoes on here.

I imagine he's at Vale Park with a carrier bag and a taxi booked.
