Rick Astley made a guest appearance at A Blossoms gig in Kentish Town last year, he was surprisingly good, Blossoms were brilliant.

I really loved how he didn't take himself to seriously and get the crowd involved, young and old. Chap also knows how to drum. One of the most fun sets at Glasto for may years

Are you meaning his own set, or the one he did with Blossoms?

Both quite honestly! He was like an estranged uncle that turns up to your wedding but ends up being the coolest person in the room while absolutely bladdered.

I watched the set with blossoms last night, which I really enjoyed, but haven’t seen his solo set. On a related note, has anyone seen Mullet since the Rick/Blossoms set? Is he ok?

And Johnny Marr's at Glastonbury playing with the Pretenders. I don't know about the gig timings and who was whereabouts & when but if Johnny Marr had surprised Astley by guesting on his gig too even just for a couple of Smiths songs that would have pretty memorable especially after Andy Rourke passing so recently.
