Right everyone I know we may have a few new players coming in and going out but realistically where abouts do you think we will finish in the league come the end of the season I would say between 8th and 10th

I kind of agree with this, except I don't think we will stand still in the January window. I think 5-8th

16th-18th with squad right now. There are a few teams that have heavily invested (look at Birmingham City for example) who will end up higher in the table than expected.

Interesting thing is who will be relegated? I've been round most of the forums and most of the teams expect a top half finish at the least (QPR expect a difficult year ahead though)

I think people are really underestimating how tough this league will be/overestimating the ability of some of our players.

All depends on who we get as a striker, but even then I'd say about 14th.

Personally at this time I dont see any teams running away with it. There are a lot of very competitive teams. I see a lot of teams taking points off each other during the season. I think a lot of teams will be equally competitive and see a very tight league. That opinion may change as pre season and comings and goings take place prior to the window closing. At this time with the boost from last seasons promotion and hopefully a good start I think we will be just outside the play offs.

I’d say we’ve got a top six first XI (with Hirst) but an 18th to 20th squad. Injuries will be key for every team in the championship including Ipswich.

With the current squad 19th - with Rotherham / Preston / Weds / QPR / Cardiff, below us. My head says we'll finish above Plymouth as well but got proved wrong last season so who knows.
