I have to say, I'm relieved.
I can't remember it being part of the Tory manifesto at the last election but loads of things were in the manifesto that they haven't done (build 40 hospitals) and there was loads of things they've done that weren't in the manifesto (tank the economy, increase inflation, increase interest rates etc.).
