I know he had a few incidents during his playing career which doesn’t endear him to England fans, but I’ve really enjoyed listening to him during this whole Ashes series. Genuinely, seems a very decent bloke.

However, that was ten years ago, he said eight years ago that he regretted it, and hasn’t done anything since.

Well tbh, after retirement all the Aussie cricketers sound nice.

All the Aussie cricketers are much better as commentators. Warne was typical - very little likeable about him as a player aside from the skill and a very likeable commentator. I guess it's part of the competitive spirit and win-at-all-costs.
