What are you talking about? ‘Kept in the game by our goalkeeper’? He had a big hand in two of the Leeds goals a couple of weeks ago and is actually between the sticks to make saves. Perhaps the opposition keepers kept them in the game too.
The centre backs have not been the problem with most of the goals we’ve conceded. Clarke’s side is the biggest area of concern to me at the moment. We look wide open at times and I doubt Axel would have made much difference to that. Williams and/or a fit Clarke (who I like - big, quick, good attitude) might.
Norwich’s injury list. Not good, is it.
