Always seems to end up at a car crash of a club, hopefully for him Charlton are now more settled. Thought he was OK at Lincoln and always seems to want to play the game the right way, perhaps more a coach than a manager?

Not really that odd as worked for Mark Ashton and Mike O'Leary at Oxford and is a coach used to working within the structure they've put in place here.
