Clearly they don't take into account the fact that both Ipswich and Colchester were at home.

Thinking of travelling up on Friday for my next Saturday home game (Plymouth)

No, because they’d have been planned long before the football fixtures came out.

If you’re coming from the M25, you’ll be better going M11, A11, A14.

Been a clusterfück of roadworks. I travel to Marks Tey every day for work and it’s ridiculous.

It’s comically bad. I recently drove from Essex to Birmingham in less time than it takes from Essex to Ipswich.

Other option is the train but usually there’s bus replacement/strike, and it’s cheaper to fly to Spain…

…it’s a pain in the aris.

But usually it’s just a contraflow type situation and you need to only add about 20 mins to the journey time.

Yesterday was an exception, it was shut entirely.

Last time they did that I went via Sudbury and it added about 45 mins.

Yesterday I was sensible, went by train and got pissed.

Be sensible, get pissed.

Travelled from Wiltshire yesterday, took the best part of 6 hours, as there was an accident on the M25 and the A12 was also shut.

Still worth it to watch us play at the moment though!
