I thought he was a real mixed bag tonight. Seemed to go from world beater to panel beater in the space of minutes and then back again. Love Chappers and he's class but didn't think this was his best game at all. |  |

Disagree. Some of his passes as the OP said were great. But he spent most of the time chasing 2nd touches. Not a bad game not certainly not his finest display by a mile.
The thing however with chappers is that he can have a bad game and still cause a problem or two. |  |

It's a game of opinions! He played a couple of amazing passes that could have led to goals so he was by no means 'bad' but his first touch was definitely off compared to usual so it ended up being a mixed performance I'd say. He wasn't alone in that, thought Morsy was below his usual level too and gave the ball away uncharacteristically often. | |
