Baroness Warsi....a Conservative voice of reason.

A pundit on TV reckoned Starmer would rather put up with noise within the party than aggravate the press by being seen to side with Palestinians

Baroness Warsi pointing out that Nethanyahoo was keen for Hamas to flourish, is that what you are referring to?

It really doesn’t, not in any way. To imply that it does is borderline offensive.

Desperate stuff...it's his own, widely reported words. And you are using emotive terminology in an attempt to shut it down. I'll leave you to it for now and limit myself to the medium of down votes in the interim!

Thanks for your concern. But I’d prefer if you had concern for the facts.

If you’re so confident you’re right, why not give your quick summary of the Labour antisemitism crisis or even the key takeaways? Nothing special, just a few lines. But here’s the kicker — you have to use facts you can back up, not just repeat accusations.

Should be no problem for you or anyone else who has been using the antisemitism crisis as a stick over the years.

You aren’t describing the Labour antisemitism crisis.

Nobody has denied that there is antisemitism on the left. Nor that there is a greater likelihood that antisemites are anti-Israel but no direct link as there are plenty of antisemites like Orban and many in the far right who are still pro-Israel. And, as the report says, having anti-Israel attitudes isn’t antisemitic per se, given we’re talking about a state occupying and oppressing another people and practicing apartheid. Not to mention the many Jews even in Israel who are extremely critical of the Israeli government.

None of this is contested. So let’s try it again without the deflection: can you tell me what the Labour antisemitism crisis was?

So that’s a no.

I’ve already given you my view and certainly gone into the detail on it over the years. I’m still missing your summary that contradicts it.

If it’s just what you are saying here then everybody would have been satisfied with the Chakrabati report commissioned by Corbyn that took what you are talking about seriously and addressed it.

I’ll tell you what the EHRC said about the antisemitism crisis. “ The Labour Party was responsible for unlawful acts of harassment and discrimination against it’s Jewish members”

I’ll tell you what the Forde report said about the antisemitism crisis. “There is nothing in the Leaked Report (or elsewhere in the evidence we have seen) to support the conclusion that the problem of antisemitism in the party was overstated.”

Time to move on Koonters. Enjoy your day. COYB!

I know what the EHRC report says and it says the unlawful acts of harassment and discrimination were committed by Ken Livingstone and Pam Bromley a local councillor as “agents of the party” therefore the party are responsible. The only 2 cases that met the threshold and both were dealt with by the party before the report came out.

Other than that the main EHRC report rightly focuses on the utter mess of the complaints handling by Labour HQ, noting the massive improvement in speed and volume when this process was under the guidance of Jennie Formby and taken away from the Labour right faction who were even putting the antisemitism complaint handling on hold while they spent their time “hunting Trots”. And the report censures the involvement of Corbyn and the leadership office in trying to get these people to speed up and do their job, because it should be an independent process.

That’s the scope of the EHRC so let’s not pretend that this in any way backs up your and others’ oft-repeated claim that Corbyn was antisemitic or at a minimum was too tolerant/didn’t do enough.

I also know what the Forde report says re: claims of antisemitism in the party being overstated. The Chakrabati report said the same thing and the complaints themselves were never dismissed. But the numbers were nothing like what was being portrayed in the media. As Forde points out, antisemitism was being weaponised within the party and we all know it was being weaponised outside the party by you, the other loony apartheid apologists and the right-wing media.

Time to deal with the facts Glassers, rather than keep pumping out the smeary accusations that no-one credible believes.

As expected? What an obsessive weirdo you are.

Since your post, I watched the Ipswich game, came home, went out with the wife and friends, got up, took my daughter to work, did a 10k run, did some gardening jobs in the pissing rain and had a shower. I’m now going to take the Dog and the Mrs to the woods for a walk, despite the best efforts of storm Babet.

As for your post of yesterday. We’ve done this like a zillion times. It doesn’t benefit you, I, Phil or the rest of the board to do it again.

Why not spend some time with your family on this Sunday afternoon and enjoy life rather than logging in every five minutes to see if somebody on a football message board has relied to you.

Laters 👋

And again.

You’re 24/7 on the accusations and yet you’re always too busy to address the facts behind what you claim. Almost like they’re mutually exclusive. 😀
