McKenna ball against the new QPR manager’s approach could just lead to two teams trying to draw the other’s press onto them so they can play it out from the back and quickly get up the pitch to create chances. Certainly appear to be a lot of similarities between Cifuentes's approach and McKenna's. But a consistent concern across QPR fans that Begovic is totally unsuited to the goalkeeping role that this approach requires. |  | | |

Not as far as I know! Actually the idea of a team trying to play like we do but with a keeper who constantly misplaces passes is pretty funny (from the vantage point of a team with two keepers who are good with their feet). | | | |

Takes ages to drill a team from Ainsworths hoof ball , to a McKenna ball type of style.. And that's , even, if you've got the right players in the building..
Can see them getting caught out , losing possession high up the pitch to start with, in their first few games. If they try to play out like we do...
And our high press is obscene, works well because our players would die for each other. Again, that takes time to build in any squad..
They got a player in Sinclair Armstrong, though, imo.. He'll feel confident against us, given his display at Loftus Rd...
