I believe a turkey is called a wedgie these days. You make a noise like a turkey if you are the recipient, I've always assumed.

Along the lines of a turkey as well as wedgies our school had the classic 'postie'. Several lads would seize anyone they could and then charge them like a Y shaped battering ram, aiming their bolocks at the nearest post. Happy days.
