In the TownTv employee spotlight on the groundsman lead for the PR pitch.. he emphasised the amount of watering the new pitch needs... 4 water in and round the game. Due to draining (yes I spent 13mins of my days understanding about pitch care.. help!). The water is needed so the pitch plays well.

But tonight is zero c... ?!

Do they have the undersoil heating on through the late afternoon, evening and beyond? to avoid freezing. And to allow watering to continue.

Ain't cheap running the undersoil heating.

The old tent would definitely have been up last night.
