No, logic isn't an opinion. I am more than happy for people to have different opinions to mine if they're logically thought out. As I said, not all opinions are equal. You might have an opinion that the moon is made of cheese, that neither makes it equal with my opinion nor makes me 'against opinions different to mine'. I'm against opinions that are wrong, illogical or fallacious in any number of ways.
Being correct isn't twisting things or being pedantic. Words are important. If you say something is X then you've said something is X. You can't claim later that you meant Y and I'm just being pedantic! |
I don't see Frimley's post anymore as I found it all a bit frustrating. I can only guess what he has said, but I must say, you do seem a little obsessed with him. You both seem to discuss/argue about nothing for ages. Just let him say what he wants and pop him on ignore. It will make you time on here much more enjoyable and stop these type of threads going back and forth for so long. Trust me, much better only to read posts you actually want to read and engage in. You may not wish to use the ignore option, but it is there for a reason. Trial it for a few weeks and see if it makes your time on here more enjoyable. It has for me. |  |
