When we lost to Barrow or Lincoln in a shock result we completely deserved it. And we’re awful.
Today was a day when the gods were against us.
Today we had 78% possession 38 shots with 13 on target.
When we lost to non-league Lincoln in the FA cup, Lincoln had 53%,
And we had 7 shots and 2 on target.
We dominated today.
We just didn’t get the rub of the green.
Aluko and Broadhead had off days. And we struggled.
And they took their two chances superbly.
I don’t see any ‘humiliation’ I see an unlucky bad day at the office.

Just want to see some learning from some apparent experienced players
Tuanzebe has continued to show individually he's a great cb. But he's not organised. He doesn't organise and he doesn't read the game at all for someone with such high level of coaching behind him.
Broadhead really needs to snap out of the slump he's in.
Burns end product is drastically worse than I've said it has been previously. He gets in excellent positions but he's being so wasteful.
Hutchinson.. someone needs to spend some serious time showing him whittaker videos. He does the same things. Hurts teams the same way.. but finds the net. Constant left footers at easy heights for keepers isn't going to score goals. | |
