I think both incidents were borderline yellow/reds. Perhaps if Bree hadn't been sent off already, then Bednarek may have gone.

Yeah, Bednarek dived into that and got nothing off the ball. It looked reckless as much as being the last man.

Actually thought the second was a more clear red, but agree that the ref probably decided he couldn't give a second red if the first was a bit more borderline.

With fouls like those a yellow doesn't feel enough but a red maybe too much. Would probably need some new card to come up with suitable punishment.

With the current cards we have though think they should be reds as it's just blatant foul play.
