Fantasy Booking: Friendly Feast of Football 16:15 - May 28 with 761 viewswkj

You've landed your self the role of ITFC manager after turning down Man United, Chelsea and Brighton for your services. Your first job is to create a 4 game friendly schedule. The first game is away (domestic or international) the 2nd and 3rd game is a cup between 4 teams and away from Ipswich and we will assume that town reaches the final. The last game is the home game at FPR.

Who would you book?

Game 1: Away (Domestic or International)
Game 2: Friendly Cup Semi (Ipswich vs X)
Game 3: Friendly Cup Final (Ipswich vs Y)
Game 4: Home game

For me it would be

Game 1: AJAX vs Ipswich (Thanks for Martin Reuser and to scout some Dutch player)
Game 2: Ipswich vs AZ , Arsenal vs Köln (Ipswich Greatest Hits Semi Finals)
Game 3: Ipswich vs Arsenal (Ipswich Greatest Hits Final)
Game 4: Ipswich vs Lazio (so we can put that meme to bed)

Rangers
Torino
Ajax

Posting before i've seen any replies but I would imagine everyone will go Fortuna and then have an SBR themed tournament so trying to be different.

Game 1: Away (Domestic or International)
Streatham Rovers - for the social media

Game 2: Friendly Cup Semi (Ipswich vs X)
PSV Eindhoven - see how we fare against the free scoring, tight at the back Dutch champions

Game 3: Friendly Cup Final (Ipswich vs Y)
RB Leipzig - re-run of last year

Game 4: Home game
Lazio - obviously

Benfica would be a really cool tie, if anyone from Italy then Sassuolo or Torino would be a cracking game.

I did wonder whether us being in the Premier League might now mean that Lazio fancy that friendly.

I think you could apply that to Streatham Rovers too

Knock two words off that reply and we could have a collaboration going on.
