I read his book when it first came out and I was a bit teary then and honestly, that video clip started me off again. It was that cheeky grin at the end.

Resilience to keep going when a horrific disease is turning you into a passenger in your own body is just inspiring and I hope he can now rest in peace and love out to his family.

It just makes me realise I need to do better as a human being.

The whole documentary is amazing, can recommend watching it.
His father getting emotional about how he questions, did his encouraging of Rob when he was younger to live his dream to play rugby result in him getting MND. Lump in throat moment, we all encourage our kids and I could imagine myself in that situation.
