His value to them won't be affected by signing another player. Thye already carry a huge squad that they finance by loaning lots of them out. The big question is whether we will pay what Chelsea will accept or can arrange another loan. Time will tell.

I just hope that Omari isn't part of the deal that takes him to Chelsea. Palace have had success in their strategy of paying a decent fee for young players with great potential, who are not yet proven at Premier League level, then turning them into undeniable top top players. Omari would fit into that profile of player, who might be factored in at say £25m, but could be worth north of £60m in a season or two!

It’s possible, but it seems to me that there are actually hardly any swap / part exchange deals happening. If Palace want to buy Omari they’ll make a bid like anyone else.
Omari, just pondering on 18:36 - Jun 16 with 1401 views | ArnieM | I think any potential deal for OH will go down to the 11th hour of the window as Town will want the click to run down to put pressure on Chelsea to accept a bid as they have to offload players. OH will not feature for Chelsea this season.
