Will obstruct/restrict the view of rows A and B. Knew something like this was inevitable after seeing the incident happen.
Especially annoying being caused by an away fan sitting in usual home seats, with the glass now impacting home supporters for who there has never been such an issue.
1 person taking their own decision to do this has led to an over response. No doubt the glass will interfere with eye line for some fans. It’s hardly been an issue for xx years, and would have stopped the occasional fan invasion from clubs that like to behave as if it’s the 90’s. This is the world we live in folks.
Safety glass installed at front of upper Cobbold on 08:55 - Jun 22 by Freddies_Ears
The new safety glass is being installed because of several fans who accessed the pitch after the last game of the season from A block. Until then, it was felt to be only an away end issue. That's why it wasn't done sooner.
Don’t think so.
Anyway, if you want to climb over this it’s still easy enough.
