The news article on the Villa interest indicates that the /report/ (from the Athletic) is that £18m relates to Philogene. But it's surely all (a) rather speculative, and (b) depends on what top ups and add ons you're counting. It's only easy to talk about a 'transfer record' where there is one single price which is agreed. But that's not really how things tend to work these days. If we sign Philogene and Greaves on top of Hutch, it may well be hard to pick the bones out of which one will have cost most.

Not sure we know categorically that Hutchinson was £18m. I think both Ipswich and Chelsea would want the numbes undisclosed.

SImilar for this deal, but with the added complication of combined-ness. I think Phill said that Billy Jean was thought to be £18m and I guess Greaves would be similar. But we may never know.
