I must say I'm looking forward to how this one unwinds itself.

I, like most, cannot see the world's most self interested man (Donald aside), who spends most of his time in Mayfair members clubs, instead opting for hosting weekly MP surgeries in Clacton.

Suspect that a bit like Truss or Dories he just won't bother and will announce he's not standing again in 5 years, blaming an establishment stitch up from preventing him from getting anything done.

Glad you got down safely. I can tell it was as 'the incident did not affect the running of the hospital.'

there's a reason why people like galloway and farage don't tend to get re-elected; people notice when they're being used.

It’s just a shame they’re gullible enough to vote for them in the first place.
Up there with the desperately ignorant who actually believed Boris Johnson wanted to level them up in 2019.

Poll: September 2025. Which one?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure having an absent MP is particularly out of the ordinary these days.

Our MP is a running joke amongst the locals. Try to contact him during the 'off season' and you'll never hear a peep from him, but the second an election is announced he's outside the school, he's knocking on your door, he's saying hello in the street. You can't escape the bloke for a month and then he'll disappear once he's elected again
