I'm watching it now, and it is very interesting. The fact that a number of medical experts are challenging the decision should not be dismissed.
The miscarriage of justice in the case of Lucia de Berk is also very relevant to this trial.
However, it needs to be properly analysed by expert lawyers, and I'm sure that will happen if it isn't already being facilitated. Miscarriages of justice do happen - see the BBC Sounds Podcast 'Wrongly Accused: The Annette Hewins Story'.

That's brilliant. Addresses & answers every issue.
Plumbing is huge - same issue in another hospital revealed the deaths were caused by bacterial pathogens. The same symptoms (air in abdomen, purpura etc) were found post-mortem.
Stats - there were 30-31 deaths altogether in that Chester unit in the 2 years investigated, any bunch of which could have been applied to every nurse with similar results. Why did they start - and stop - with Letby?
The diary (whenever written) - massively cherrypicked to suit the prosecution. Looked like she may simply have been beating herself up at not performing 100% perfectly. Also wrote " "I'm innocent" and "I did nothing wrong".
The unit was largely run by junior doctors with not enough experience. The consultant was rsarely to be found and retired shortly after.
Letby's notes at home were following good & best practice.
Looks like the defence wasn't incompetent, but counsel had his hands tied by NHS.
I think if the jury had been able to see & hear that interview (by a PhD & lecturer in digital applications to medicine who also holds seversl legal qualifications) they'd never have convicted her - there were numerous areas of reasonable doubt.

It certainly gave the explanation Blueasfook was asking for. Will be interesting to see his response if he has watched the video.
