In my opinion, which is worth just less than not a lot, they can be stopped from doing this by limiting the total number of players over 18 years of age that any club can own. If they could only have 25 players per team that they field and can only loan out a maximum of 5 players at any one time, there would be no incentive for them to do this. | | | |
