That's exactly what I do too, if you get in quick you can mop quite a few up before others show an interest. The challenge is when you offer on about 30 and then don't have the budget to offer on any more because the silly game thinks you're going to sign them all. Or when you have to decide to commit to 1 early when there's a few more who you want but know they might get nabbed and you're left with nothing.
