His injury isn’t as bad as first thought apparently. Hence us now going in again.

Going for him if he’s out for 3 months made no sense. Totally understandable if he’s back on the pitch by October. Especially with an international break coming up anyway.

The very big name is definitely not happening. Was a striker and was very very unlikely. I’m not going to name him. The other player not a striker is also not happening. I expect Broja actually does happen

But think long term! If he’s that good imagine that even if we nurse him for a few weeks but he becomes an above average Prem striker. Surely worth waiting for.
