Problems when queueing for home tickets? 10:40 - Oct 7 with 1488 viewsrattram

I joined the queue for tickets for the Leicester game (position 3585!) and was delighted that it only took 16 minutes for my turn. When I went to the diagram there were no blue dots showing available seats, but I tried each stand without success. A notice appeared saying all tickets gone! Why was I allowed in? Has anyone else experienced this?

I’ve given up with home tickets and resigned to the fact that I’ll hopefully make a few away matches via by 15+ priority.

Poll: What type of manager will we get?

Managed to get one. You just need to keep refreshing the screen and they pop up, then have to be super quick to get them in your basket.

Probably took about 50 refreshes and trying and failing to grab tickets before others got them.

Bagged a ticket in Block Y - well posh me.

you just need to keep refreshing and hope you select one before someone else does. they will keep popping up and going for a while after they have technically sold out. I've managed to get one for every game now doing this. (but I am only getting one ticket, which makes it so much easier)

If in the first 1500 and quick on the mouse, there's a decent chance of grabbing a pair of normal seats in the less popular areas of the ground. If in the first 2000 and in need of a single, I'd be very confident of securing a seat somewhere if quick, and quite confident of finding one of the remaining normal seats left. Between 2000-3000 I'd be preparing myself for restricted or severely restricted view if not already sold out, and above that you're probably reliant on people discarding tickets from their basket, which then disappear in a flash with demand so high. You would have been allowed in due to someone discarding a ticket, which was then grabbed by another in an instant.

I was lucky for the Everton game got about 1000 in the queue but even when I got through then, you put seats in your basket and then when you try to buy them it says "seat unavailable" or something like that.

You have to be ninja quick. In your queue position i'm surprised if many were left. I'm guessing the time was quick because probably the last 1000 didn't get tickets.
