I used to quite enjoy the podcasts that looked at the championship / lower leagues - NTT20 and to a lesser extent The Second Tier. The Price of Football is also pretty good IMO. All of those are pretty good at telling me something I didn’t know already.
The premier league offerings, while there are many of them, are unsurprisingly focused on the top end of the division - so not yet terribly relevant. arguably we are not as well served as we were in the championship.
Anyone have any recommendations for balanced alternatives? |  | | |  |

Just here to see if anyone else can recommend any - been listening to Tifo, Guardian, Totally Football, The Athletic and all are just so big club heavy that you barely even get a mention. Sometimes you literally don't even get a cursory mention |  |

I miss NTT20. Streets ahead of any football podcasts in terms of depth of knowledge.
The one with Lineker, Shearer and Richards is terrible. Just so lazy its unreal, which isn't the case for the other "Rest is..." podcasts. The overlap is just all about United. Terrible. |  |

Of course Blue Monday / KOA are gold standard - but not exactly the balance I am looking for

Listened to this weeks Guardian one from yesterday and that's a fair bit better than normal.
It is frustrating that there isn't an NTT20 equivalent where all teams get basically equal(ish) billing, I follow the NFL and the big main podcasts treat each game and team pretty equalish in the main but here we moan about a Super League and then feed it | |
