Pretty awful interviewer. Makes an allegation, gets a substantive response he doesn't like, and then says "lets not go into that". Boris is right to be irritated on that one.
I strongly suspect his comments are misleading in some way, but for the interviewer to just wave away a specific answer is pretty poor. |  | | |

2. He says 'no'.
3. He then repeats the lie on the bus and insists that if anything it's an underestimate.
4. I'm going with 'yes, you're an inveterate and incorrigible liar, boris.' |  |
