I have never had an Indian takeaway or a Domino’s pizza. Chinese, elephants leg (kebab), Pizza Hut (many years ago), fish and chips covers my limited cuisine experience in this form of eating. Of these close to my home in Kent, the takeaway Chinese is a good one so gets my vote. The kebab shop is ok but only a necessity after a beer to many.
Which is your favourite and which are the best in the Ipswich, Martlesham, Woodbridge area? It’s a cheeky question as I’m spending more time at the Suffolk house these days and on a need to know basis, I need to know. |  | | |  |

Although it’s the wrong end of town for me so a tad inconvenient, the Jaipur on Penshurst Rd on the Broke Hall estate is a very good Indian.
There’s quite a few decent fish and chip shops in Ipswich… Millers on Handford Road and Codfellas on Greenfinch Avenue to name a couple. Fircroft chippy always used to be excellent as well when I lived up that end of town, but it changed hands a few years back, so I don’t know what it’s like now. |  |
