Despite being a member i've not attempted to buy an 'elusive' home ticket this season due to personal 'stuff' but going to try to get a ticket for the game vs B'mouth. Assume this the correct page and does the waiting room option open at 09:30?

Yes. Log into your account between 9.30 and 10.

You will then be allocated a random number at 10am - that basically will decide whether you will get a ticket.

From personal opinion the queue moves pretty quickly from 10am.
