Other than a moment of sheer stupidity from Szmodics, we haven't been well beaten on the day.

Competitive to a point. The lack of strength in depth is hurting right now

We finished with Burns - lacking confidence , Broady just back from a huge lay off , Jack Clarke who I’m not sure what to say about him and we’ve really only one fit “fit for purpose “ striker

Roll on January

Yes, competitive up to a point. Unfortunately just missing that extra bit of quality/composure/(luck?) at both ends where it counts. Over a third of the way through now do this is a good barometer of how the season will pan out. It’s going to be tight and January could be huge as a little bit more quality could make a big difference in those key moments.

I thought today would be tough. I could sense a little bit of complacency creeping into some of the fan base because it was ‘only’ Forest. This is the Forest who are sitting in a Euro place 7 positions above Man U. It sounds like Leicester are in a bad place, so hopefully they’ll get dragged back down into the bottom 3 again soon.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?
