This Chester FC story is pretty alarming on 18:47 - Dec 2 with 1515 views | Zx1988 | It's a rather eye-opening reminder of the power of social media and, more importantly, the power of 'trial by social media'. When we get the level of pile-ons that we do whenever someone is outed online as having committed a transgression (including urging employers to sack them etc.,) it's little surprise that such serious consequences can result. Absolutely shocking - including some of the more general replies re the club's lack of care - "Pete H 23h What about health and safety of our supporters leaving the ground,đ¤ˇââď¸Hearing people got hurt in the Pitch Black after Being Directed behind the stand over rubble? No mention of this though. I wasnât there but my 85 old dad was , He fell as did othersđĄ" "Mike Lad Dec 1 Our fans fighting each other many pissed out of their heads throwing beer and plastic glasses at the Warrington players fans blocking the view of other supporters fighting outside the ground not kids either but grown men embarrassing learnt nothing from the Brackley playoff" | |
